Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Guide customers through app connectivity and smart device features
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Help improve customer experience through feedback and support insights
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn connected products and apps quickly
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience with smart home, health tech, or baby products is a plus
